Our Digital team adore this great piece of video by Rob Chiu, specially commissioned to promote the CommonWealth Games in Glasgow 2014. The sound and subtle elements of the logo start to build up towards the middle and it's shot using ultra slow-motion, giving it an extremely powerful feel.

Trident Perpetual Festival Winner
We’re proud to announce the winner of our Trident Perpetual Festival is KATIE P. KATIE P is one of the UK's brightest and spirited young journalists with a spark that really comes to life in front of the camera. She has taken her passion for music and worked hard for the last five years; talking about it on radio and world wide interweb platforms plus writing about it in some of the best selling magazines.
She started at St Martins studying art before charming her way into coveted jobs at Metal Hammer, Kerrang! and guest spots on Radio 1 and XFM. Her rock credentials do not stop her being an avid fan of all music and her performances at The Assessment Centre displayed her affection for the likes of both Cher and Whitney Houston.
She has a great reputation as a live DJ with appearances at festivals, skate jams, warehouse parties, gigs and showcases. When she's not watching, listening to, thinking about or planning to watch, listen to or think about music she can be found surfing or dancing to music!

What's In Our Creative Lunch?

This Johnnie Walker piece of promo aims to educate the viewer on the great blend of flavours in their Black Label edition. The brand have done this by using each square section of this product to describe a different scent by infusing it with each particular smell.
It is interesting to use and doesn’t give everything away at once; starting off as a square which can be unwrapped. You are encouraged to read it and smell it along the way engaging all senses!
I also really respect the production of it; the card is smooth with no signs of how the scent has been placed into it and you also find that you can only smell each section when you hold it very close, so none of them overpowers the other.
This is infact the concept behind it all; a blend of balanced flavours that do not overpower eachother.
